[CamRI] Shared Sanctum in Mage

I say we all reserve our points for now. I have a feeling we'll get hit by
"reset" something. We could then repair/rebuild the chantry. The only good
thing about soul stones is they do not go away on PC retirement or death.
Let's see what happens and possibly build a new consilium or repair the
current.
