You receive a letter contained in a small scroll colored envelope sealed in
red wax with an imprint of a feline.

The honor of your presence is requested at a moment of transcendence. As we
pass from fall to winter, we recognize the tribulations we have endured.

I invite you to Newport, tomorrow eve, to bear witness to a challenge. Bring
something that exemplifies a virtue, vice or a philosophical concept and be
prepared to tell it's tale.  Prizes are to be won from myself as well as the
most gracious Kaoniki.

The coming season is a time for endings and new beginnings.  In the past you
may have spilled blood in Newport but now we are all united under our
prince. I beckon you to come and see how times have changed.
