will be a more formal meeting than we generally do to ensure time for game.

OOC Facts:
       For months, the court of Providence has been victim to the 
seemingly random and unprovoked attacks of Jay Stir. He has been quiet 
for two months, what new devilry has he developed in the meantime? No 
one has been able to stop him before now; will this be the moment 
Providence finally steps up to claim its lands, or will they continue to 
cower behind their Elder Prince, relying on one sentinel to fight for all?
