[CamRI] IMPORTANT, please read: Games for January/ Feburary

Well, I have no problem at the moment about moving Mage (as a a matter of fact it frees me up for something else which is just as well). As far as moving Requiem, I might want to point out that if we move Requiem to the last weekend of January and run a recruitment game at Templecon, that'll be game 2 weeks in a row, which might be a little bit of harassment for the ST if its not prepared properly. Not that I think Pete doesn't prepare, just that I know he has a busy schedule and doesn't always have time. Again this is based on 2 different things happening. I still think that a Templecon recruitment game is a good idea. As has been discussed, a lot of our players are getting older and moving on with their lives in ways that are pulling them away from gaming. As an organization I do think it is worth the effort to try to pull in new blood to keep us from dying a slow death due to degradation of player involvement.

Ok guys and gals, Questions for you.

Norwich's GOTM is January and some of our out of towners were wondering if we were holding game the same weekend (not to conflict, but to get max xp). Norwich is the last weekend in January, would we like to jump on their bandwagon of fun if it's ok with them? And hold our game on the opposite day?

Also, our Fearless Mage VST has a commitment the second sunday and would like to move the mage game to the 4th sunday. Which is fine with me as a site host and DC but needs to be ok'd with everyone else.

Also, february, Temple con, yea or Nay? We need to let them know to pre reg for the group rate. But it is going to cost money but our recruitment was good last time. If no one wants to go, then we can see about holding multiple games like the last time.

We need to know ASAP people!

Have a great day!
