[CamRI] Decrees, promotions, and order.

Citizens of Providence,

My own agenda has been growing full but I will not allow this to cause our
city to falter while my attentions are on other matters. For this reason I
have decided to appoint a Senechal.

For the young, or those who do not follow the European nightwalkers' way of
government, the Senechal shall organize the day to day activities of the
city. These duties include maintaining proper records so the herds are not
over fed, planning social gathering, court meetings, planning appointments
with other court officers, providing meeting space as needed, and any other
official city business i cannot personally attend to. This is a position of
respect and I expect the person I appoint to live up to very high standards.

The first task shall be to plan a social event for the Saturday of April
19th, I expect them to work with other kindred of the city and delegate
responsibilities to others as needed. I would recommend working with Julian.


I have decided this person shall be Reverend James Howard; now Senechal
James Howard.

Congratulations Senechal; do not disappoint me.
