OC: Anyone in the Sanctum can hear English typing on a computer in the main
room very carefully and may even see him mouthing the words as he types
them.

IC:

i know some of you missed it, but cyrus did come by the house and let us
know he was back in town. he said we could contact him with any questions
and he would meet with the consilium the next time they meet for something
more formal.
as to rogue mages, i agree that they should be trained and enlightened, not
killed or abandoned. i fear that in our haste to establish control for this
city we may have forgotten to control ourselves. we must be careful not to
take our gifts for granted. magic is a tool more precious than gold. to use
it needlessly is to cheapen it and to invite ourselves to fall as atlantis
did.
