[CamRI] DT notice, all venues

[DST RI-002]

Good Evening,

     Effective immediately, all players should expect a one-week response
time to DT reports. Said reports should follow the guidelines set forth in
the handbook. If you are not satisfied with response times with your VST,
please feel free to contact me directly.

     Downtime XP awards shall now be noted in the monthly VST reports. Due
to complaints from players and STs on downtime communication, the DST staff
shall be keeping a very close eye on this area going forward. Expectations
are that players will handle DT issues in downtime, not immediately before
or after games, unless special circumstances merit and the VST is notified
ahead of time. STs shall maintain at least a one- week response time on all
downtime issues in order to support the effort of players to forward the
plot and develop their characters.

     Again I would remind players that the STs are not bound to or expected
to remember anything which has not been placed in writing. Also, that this
game is run by ALL OF US and it is our shared responsibility to work as a
team to make it something we all enjoy. Thank you.
