Excellent idea!

But from us going to NERE, don't reduce the XP on account of us,
remember we'll be getting XP for 3 game nights at NERE; so if anything
award the full kit and kabootal!

And 3rd and 5th is a good idea since it give you ST/Hosts a break for a
week!

Good Morning,

     Speaking from the DST staff, we have plot enough for two games this
month. I think 5th weekend sounds best, but will happily support any
games held on 3rd, 4th, or 5th weekends as I am able. 
     If we went with two games, I would propose 3rd and 5th. I don't
think we have many folks going to NERE, hence we could host a 3rd
weekend game to draw the non-NERE-able contingent and make the game
worth no more than 4xp, to keep everything balanced with those who are
going to NERE. 
     Just my thoughts.
