[CamRI] November Announcements PLEASE READ AFFECTS BOTH GAMES

Hey Everybody, 
 
Ok, per last vampire meeting, we are keeping our games on Saturdays. Thanks to everyone who voted, sorry to those of you who didn't. Also, there was some things brought up at the domain meeting about the future of the RI Domain. 
Our current officers are all concerned about flagging attendance at games and lack of interest in socials. 
 
Could you as our members please email me with what you think we can change to encourage you to reup your cam membership for next year. All responses will be treated privately, all I ask is that you do not swear or name call other members in your responses.  
 
MORE ANNOUNCEMENTS: 
 
Ok, once again, we have no site and low attendance probability for the second sunday of the month. I propose moving mage to the third sunday the 18th, following saturday requiem the 17th. That being said, my house (Moorland ave) is not avaliable for site on either day (the 11th or 17th) as peter and I both have surprise parties to attend both days. 
 
So, to recap in list form
Mage: 
1. Move game to third sunday (moorland ave site), move game to evening (after 6pm) on 2nd sunday (moorland ave site), keep game 2nd sunday (someone needs to volunteer a site), cancel mage? 
Requiem: 
2. Move game to second or fourth saturday (moorland ave site), keep game 3rd Saturday (someone needs to volunteer a site), cancel requiem? 
 
Also, VST level elections are coming up. If you are interested in being a VST for either MAGE or REQUIEM, please contact dst at camarillaprovidence.org with your intention to run. Announcements will be made again at each game. 
 
Thanksgiving is coming up, I'm sure or DC of Charities will post something in the near future about her plans for our group for the holidays, but we will be collecting canned goods to donate to the food bank for thanksgiving. If you have suggestions as to what to do, please email her.
