[CamRI] Changeling

As a further response to this, I'm sorry to say that I doubt theirs enough
interest in Providence to open another venue.  Interest in the venues we
already have (not to mention the cam in general) is starting to flag and
as we discussed at the last domain meeting there's getting to be a lot of
burnout among the few of us willing to actually run the games.  Therefore
I think we'd be better off concentrating on recruiting and getting some
new blood in than we would be on starting another venue that's likely
doomed to failure under the current status quo.  Now I'd love to be proven
wrong in this (believe me, I would) but in all fairness, I'd say our best
bet is to play at other nearby games.  Boston already looks to have a good
start on a pretty good venue.
