[CamRI] Regional Meeting at NERE

Well, we've usually had one in the past. I went to the last one at NERE
'05, but don't really remember much about what was discussed. My only input
is that as we can only have a con once every 2 years now, the probability is
good that we won't have a chance for another regional meeting until sometime
in 2009.
