[CamRI] Character Sheets on Apps Database

Good Afternoon,
As has been discussed at the past few Domain meetings, the ST staff
will be expecting up-to-date character sheets to be submitted for all
characters attached to RI venues. These sheets should preferably be on the
apps database, however, if your character has no approvals higher than low,
you may submit a copy of your character sheet to the appropriate VST or the
DST.
Starting this month, May, no pre-existing characters will be allowed to
play in any RI games unless a copy of the character sheet is either
a. On the apps database or
b. Given to an appropriate RI ST prior to game (The VST must have ample time
to review the sheet and verify its accuracy).
Going forward, this copy will be referenced by the STs for all
decisions, plots, etc. If you make changes to your character sheet, you are
expected to notify the proper VST promptly, as is outlined in the Camarilla
Rules and Addendum. I will not hold the VSTs responsible for accommodating
changes made to character sheets which have not been recorded. The sheet we
have on file is the sheet we will stand behind. If you spend XP, verify it
with the ST first. While it is your right to spend XP, the rules state that
you must run all changes of your character sheet by the appropriate STs. At
the least, this means the VST reviews and has a record of every change to
your character sheets.
As a corollary, VSTs are requested to get copies of character sheets
for any visiting or new characters at their games, if such a sheet is not
already on the Apps database. If one is not provided, contact information to
obtain one as soon as possible after the game should be collected.
Thank you all for your support of our VSTs and the club.
