[CamRI] RI-D-002 Mage 5/13

Sorry Jenn, but Liz has you on this one.  Last I knew it had been put away 
for safekeeping in the consilium vault (or whatever it is you have that sec 
5 for).  I'll admit, even Sexton's a little leery on this.  He'd rather have 
it in an Atheneum vault.  But that's neither here nor there.
