[CamRI] C-4 Convention

Good Evening,

     This is a notification that the regular RI Requiem game will be
pre-empted by our domain's participation in yet another convention. I have
spoken with the head of C-4, a local gaming convention not unlike Templecon,
and they would be very interested in our attendance. The price tag for the
whole weekend convention, including some Halo tournaments and such, is 40$,
however we have negotiated a Cam-game-only pass, which will cover both
Friday and Saturday's games, for only 20$. Additionally, I think we could
look to allocate some funds from our domain resources to mitigate the cost
for our members (just a thought I had, I welcome feedback).

are great for inviting new players and getting us out from under our own
houses every once in a while. Also, one of our own members, Jess Hartley, is
speaking at the event, so participating in this event is a great way to
support her and the Camarilla. I welcome discussion on this event and would
ask that people let me know if they definitely can or cannot attend, so that
I can build a head count.

     If enough people really hate the idea or can't afford it, I'm open to
hosting another game some other time during the month.
