[CamRI] VST Requiem Election Formally Announced

Good Evening,

     This will come as no surprise to anyone, considering how much we've all
discussed it, but Providence needs a VST for the Requiem venue. Specific job
description details and election guidelines can be found in the Camarilla
Membership Handbook and here.

The Requiem VST will have direct Storytelling control over the Requiem Venue
and will work with myself and the other VSTs to ensure solid story lines and
a well-crafted game experience. I will gladly answer any questions
applicants may have on this list.

Applicants should send their intent to run and vision statements to me
directly. Those who wish to may voice a nomination on this list for
consideration. Nominated individuals must be publicly seconded and I will
speak to them privately; if they choose to accept the nomination, they will
submit their vision statement to me and be announced with all other
applicants at the conclusion of the application period. The application
period will close at midnight on Thursday, March 15, although it may be
extended. At this point, I have directly spoken to almost every member of
the domain on this issue, so I think we can reduce the nomination time
without risk of excluding anyone. It is my hope that we can have a formal
in-person vote at the next Requiem game on Friday, March 16th, with
considerations being made for those who cannot attend.

     I have copied Dain Geist, RST, on this email so he can smack my hand if
I am flagrantly violating policy to the detriment of the club. Also, if
anyone has any questions or concerns, feel free to voice them. We are one
club and there is no need for anyone to hold their tongue if they have
something to say.

     I thank you all for your support and encourage any and all interested
parties to send a vision statement as per the guidelines below. Thank you.

Application for Requiem VST shall include:

Name; Cam Number; Vision Statement for the office; Cam experience; relevant
non-Cam experience.
