And on an up note this conversion either has no affect on your
characters currect exp (read herbie, myself, and anyone else bp6) or it
means you got oodles of xp for free. Hell my Invictus just got 38....38
xp free wtf!
Man the cam has to slow it down a bit.

The understanding I have (which is by no means exhaustive so I may be
wrong) 
is that you can start converting your characters over to the new rules
now, 
however they won't be fully enforced untill next month.  The MST has
already 
said that Cons and FGotM's during March will not be held to the new
rules.
