Dear members,

today we are releasing a full revision of the Camarilla's rules for
mechanics and approvals. You may start converting your characters
right now with the help of your direct Storytellers. The entirety
of the Camarilla's chronicle will convert by the end of March, a
process supervised by the National Storytellers who will coordinate
the implementation of the new rules and coordinate the efforts of
lower-level officers.

Please contact your National Storytellers directly if you have any
questions about conversion or mechanics that aren't easily answered
by the Camarilla Addendum, or if you spot any typos or oversights.

If part of the Camarilla converts prior to the deadline, they may
start using the new mechanics for their venues with the consent of
their National Storytellers. Conventions, features games, etc. will
continue to use the current mechanics throughout the month of March.

Our next project is to finalize a fully commented version of this
final edit of the Camarilla Addendum, incorporating rationales for
changes as listed in the NST-provided bug reports (we had planned
on doing this earlier but instead worked on including the many edits
requested by our membership).

As with all rules, the revised Camarilla Addendum will shortly be
available at http://camarilla.white-wolf.com/rules/
