[CamRI] RI Requiem 7/21: Please Read if you are planning toattend

Hey Guys,

If you are on the CamRi list, the attached message is a repeat. BUT I do 
urge you to read it again or read it if you plan on attending. Also, Jon and 
Melissa have opened their house once again to our game and it promises to be 
a big cluster of fun for story, etc.

PLEASE-PLEASE-PLEASE remember that we HAVE TO BE OUT of site by midnight. So 
don't decide to blow up the city at 11pm, their isn't enough time. I will 
herd you out to your cars in the middle of a scene if it goes over.

IF we want to do afters, and enough people will go to a 24 hour off site 
place for afters (i.e. bickfords on jefferson BLVD) I will make it a social 
event. This is the announcement for it! Please let me know if you are 
interested before or after game, if we have 6 or more people, it counts as a 
social. (I.e. YEA! PRESTIGE)

Ok, that being said. Please remember site fee is $2. No exceptions. Sorry 
for our canned goods fans but we do need the money, especially for GOTM and 
other finances. Contact me privately for financial considerations if this is 
not possible.

Our game on will be PROMPTLY when called so please be ready as our ST's have 
recently had to put up with us not starting game on time and then the 
players wondering why they didn't get everything accomplished.

CARPOOL. Parking is limited. walk if you can, take a bike, save the 
environment.

Good Evening,

     TO all our players: we are may be having A LOT of guests at tomorrow's
game. I have no idea why, but they're coming. I blame Lucian (don't you?).
Hence, as an ST who knows how much plot potential there is for this game I
make the following requests:

1. PLEASE show up by 7:30. After that, the STs will be involved with things
and will be busy. If you know you will be later than 7:30, please contact
Peter and myself to let us know roughly when you will be arriving. Once game
on has been called, players will be asked to wait QUIETLY in the OOC room
until such time as an ST can check them in.

2. PLEASE do not wait to run your XP spending by Peter. If you want to spend
XP, you should have done it before now, and if you haven't PLEASE email him
as soon as you finish reading this with any spending you may seek to do.

     As site host, I will need volunteers to play parking attendant. We had
a problem last month with the neighbors and, even though it wasn't our fault
and we did nothing wrong, I would still like to play nice with these kind
people who don't give me one mean look.
     To those of your driving here CARPOOL!!!!! Cram in the trunk, strap
people to the roof rack. If it means you run a little later, we'll make it
work, just keep us informed. However, parking is limited to the front of our
house. We will be asking people to park on the lawn or much further up the
street to avoid problems.

     We will happily do advance check-in for any players who send the
following:
Player Name; Cam Number; Names of any PCs you may wish to play-PCs must have
a valid sheet on the Apps database. We'll check it and hold you to that one
for the game.
