Assembled,

Having won over 50% of the vote, I would like to announce Jon McDowell as 
the new DST for Providence.  I would also like to thank James for his years 
of service.  Please give Jon and James a few days to transition before 
hitting them with questions, etc.  As always, if you have any questions, 
please don't hesitate to ask.
