[CamRI] DST Election Reminder

Pete,
     Did you make sure to redeem the credits?  You only pay for the credits 
and then you have to redeem them via the "Redeem Membership Credits" link on 
the left hand menu of the Cam site.  I'm sending this as a friendly note to 
others in the domain in case they don't know about the extra step.
