Albany will be hosting Requiem on Saturday December 8th, 2007 and oue 
2nd Annual Holiday Potluck and Award Ceremony.

I still need people interested in the prints from our photoshoot to 
contact me immediately regarding payment options and the like (camarilla 
at childofchaos dot com).

2nd Annual Albany Holiday Potluck Banquet and Awards Cermony
Howdy All

Your friendly neighborhood ADC: Events here.  Just a couple of reminders 
as we go into this weekends games.

1.)  Secret Snowflake - The spending cap is still $20, and gifts
will still be exchanged at our Holiday Potluck Dinner on December 8th.

2.)  The Holiday Potluck Dinner - Although it's not required, could 
everyone please contact me with what they are planning on bringing? 
(This way we don't have 20 people show up that day with potato chips.) 
For those of you who are culinarily inclined (I think I just made up a 
word) think of this as a chance to show off those mad skillz, for those 
of you who burn water, we will be in need of at least some sodas and 
chips, or maybe a couple people would like to collaborate and donate a 
couple pizzas.  Whichever way you slice it, (pun not intended) there's 
something that everyone can contribute, and without everyone 
contributing, we're gonna be stuck with one rather lame ass Potluck.

I haven't heard any differently, so the dinner will be at 4PM at our 
regular game site.  If this is changing, I'll let you all know as soon 
as I do.

3.)  In addition to the Secret Santa, and the dinner itself, we will 
also be doing a "Black Santa" Grab Bag for interested members.  The 
limit for this is set at no more than $10, and only those people who 
bring a gift for it may participate.  A more in depth explanation, as

4.)  Charity Drives:

4a.)  As Diane mentioned, we are participating in the Regional Toys for 
Tots drive.  Please bring any new toys (still in the box, or with tags) 
to game, so we can keep an accurate count of who donates what.  If you 
think you will be unable to make any of our games between now and 
Christmas, please contact me and we can work out an alternative method 
of donation.

4b.)  As a Domain Charity, we will also be collecting money for the 
March of Dimes.  I will be setting up a donation jar at OOC Check-In at 
all of our games, or you can shop/donate at their Online Store and 
forward me the email confirmation of the purchase.  More information, as

Requiem IC:

Kindred of Albany,

The next gathering we will hold shall be a formal court. Sheriff shall 
be removed from Torpor and we will conduct open business. From this 
point on, City Policy shall be conducted in the open with a consensus of 
the entire Kindred population of Albany.

We shall gather once again at 352 State Street. I will listen once again 
to petitions for feeding grounds and other concerns you may have.

Court will begin promptly at 9 p.m. Please be on time as late comers 
will have to wait outside to avoid interruptions.
