Jenn's Answer: (Even though I really don't expect an answer from none of the
above)
Q: Do you plan on having assistants? How hands on are you going to be?
A: In the begining, I would like to be very hands on. I want to remeet all
our memebers and see if I can get a dialogue going on what they want to
change or see change, or do in the future. I want to have assistants because
it's wonderful to share the burden BUT I don't expect to have assistants do
jobs I don't know the extent of or divy out all the jobs a DC does to other
people and then claim to be DC.{For example, I don't want to get a ADC of
Reports until I know what I expect from reports and how to do it myself.
(which I know it's a form you fill in, but I want to do it a few times so I
know I can, in case my assistant loses internet access or disappears)}
Let me know if I can elaborate more, I know people don't always like REALLY
long answers so I'm trying to keep it short and sweet.
OH: Add to my resume: AVST Requiem, cuz I did that for a while. :)
