[CamRI] IMPORTANT Mage April date vote

It's a tough call. The 29th is Peter's birthday, so we can pretty much
guarantee low attendance if we go on that day. If the site host can't
do the 22nd, that's out. Which leaves us with this Sunday, the 15th.

Alternatively, if people are willing to try a Saturday just this once,
we could add the 28th as a possibility.
