complete breakdown of the planned events for the RI Domain Game of the
Month. We will be showing off our local Requiem and Mage games with two
sessions of each over the third weekend in October.  Please read the entire
message as there are details in the closing.

*Friday, October 20*

6:30 PM- Character Check-In
7:00 PM- Soft RP
8:00 PM- Hard RP
11:30 PM- End Hard RP, breakout as needed
12:00 AM- End Event (Site closes at 12:15)

*Saturday, October 21*

One Sabin Street, Providence, RI 02903 (RI Convention Center)
Site Donation: *1 Game- 6.**00$**  All Day- 10.**00$*

*Mage the Awakening*

11:30 AM- Character Check-IN
12:00 PM (Noon)- Hard RP
5:00 PM- End Hard RP, Break out as needed

*Vampire the Requiem*

5:30 PM- Character Check-In
6:00 PM- Hard RP
11:00 PM- End Hard RP. Breakouts as needed
11:30 PM- End Event (site closes at 11:45)

5:30 PM- RI Domain Meeting
TBA- Charity Auction
TBA- Character Photos

*Sunday. October 22*

1873 Broad St. Cranston (Site may be changed to accomodate large attendance)

1 pm- Hard RP
5 pm- End Hard RP, breakouts as needed
5:30 pm- End Event

Site donations will be due at event check-in.

As an added incentive, we are offering three different pre-registration
pricing specials. Pre-registration allows you to handle all your site
donations and character registrations in advance via email. Skip the lines
and save your dimes! Please note these prices require pre-registration and
will not be available at the door.

*Pre-registration Package Pricing**:

*-Book-ender*: *6.**00$* Access to Friday's Requiem event and Sunday's Mage
event.

*-One of Each*: *8.00$*  Access to One Saturday game and either Friday or
Sunday's event.

*-No Holds Barred*: *10.**00$* Complete Access to all events throughout the
weekend.

*Pre-registration payments will be completed via email using Paypal. Payees
do not need to have a Paypal account to pre-register. Pre-registration does
require a valid email address and an email sent to
dc at camarillaprovidence.org with the subject line: "RI GotM Pre-Reg"
containing the full name(s) and Camarilla member number(s) for the
Pre-registrant(s). Due to financial considerations, Pre-registration
payments are non-refundable and are due by October 18, 2006. Yes, this is
small text on purpose to ensure that everyone reads it.
