[CamRI] Site set-up/clean-up

[RI-002 DC]

Good Evening,

     Anyone interested in helping to prepare any of the sites this weeknd is
welcome to arrive at the site before game (call the site host for exact
times, 5:30 on Friday is the absolute earliest) to help out. I will also be
employing some people as official greeters who will be responsible for
making sure everyone knows who the head folks are and makes guests feel
welcome. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
