[CamRI] GotM update

Good Afternoon!

     In response to some inquiries made this weekend, I am reposting the
critical info for the RI Game of the Month this coming weekend. The event
begins Friday night, our usual, and carries on until Sunday to cover two
days of gaming for both our Mage and requiem venues. I am told that the ST
chain has crafted a continuous story arc that will bring the mounting
tensions in each venue to a crescendo while offering plenty of new threats
to be exposed.

     While we obviously welcome and encourage everyone to attend the whole
weekend, we also want to accomodate travellers, other games, and those with
limited time frames. Hence, if anyone needs assistance arranging transport
to/from public transit stations or help obtaining crash space/hotel lodging,
please don't hesitate to contact me at DC at camarillaprovidence.org. Also, I'm
told that the GotM overcap exp eligibility will be made available to all
attendees equally, regardless of how many days they are able to join us for.

     Finally, just a reminder that pre-registration is available. Please
send an email including the name and Cam numbers of those attendees who wish
to pre-reg and character sheets attached or sent before Thursday, as well as
which of the packages below are of interest. I will reply asap with the link
to our Paypal site and answers to any questions you may have.

*-One of Each*: *8.00$*   Access to One Saturday game and either Friday or
Sunday's event.
*-No Holds Barred*: *10.**00$* Complete Access to all events throughout the
weekend.
*Pre-registration payments will be completed via email using Paypal. Payees
do not need to have a Paypal account to pre-register. Due to financial
considerations, Pre-registration payments are non-refundable and are due by
October 19, 2006.
