Good Evening,

In the interests of keeping everybody's momentum going, I wanted to run
down a few quickies:

1. Until Chrispy and I work out the VSTVampire account switchover, please
send your downtime reports to the address DC at camarillaprovidence.org and
include [Requiem] in the title, with the brackets.

2. Please get me your DT reports asap so that I can start customizing the
plots and submitting to Jim for approval.

3. Please do not forget to vote in the election for Requiem and Mage VSTs.
Email Jim (dst at camarillaprovidence.org) your vote, including your full
name and Cam number. Like this:
"Hi, Jim. This is Jonathan McDowell, US2002045163. I am voting for
Jonathan McDowell for VST of Requiem; I have no alternative choices if he is
not elected. I am voting for John Tyler as VST of Mage; I have no
alternative choices if he is not elected."
Obviously, you can write-in candidates if you want or can choose no one,
but do be sure to make your voice heard.

4. Although I am in no way encouraging people to vote publicly: Jim, please
count the quoted text in item 3 as my official votes, it saves both of our
mail buffers.

5. To let people know what I am hoping for in a DownTime report, please use
the following guide:

    A. (or Number A, in Peter's case). Your Name, Character Name, and Cam
Number
    B. A brief run down of what happened at last game, from your
perspective. This can be simple or intricate, I just can't be everywhere at
once, so this helps me customize the game world to each player's story as it
is being told.
    C. Any downtime actions you intend to take, including plots you are
following, planned DT scenes, etc. I am not employing strict DT action
monitoring at this point, since I'm not a real VST yet (one day I'll be a
REAL boy!). So lean towards doing too much rather than too litte, I can
always reel you in.

6. Last thing! I am VERY interested in getting city building going, as is
John Tyler, even if both of us get beaten by the blasted Nun of the Abuf. I
will be posting several dates on this list that are good for me to host
city-building events, please start looking at your calendars so we can
quickly set a session or two up.
In addition to whole-venue city-building, I would like to help people
with their backgrounds if needed, especially for things that may not be
public knowledge. This virtually guarantees that your background will become
plot in some fashion, so if you feel left out at game, hit me up to work on
this individually.

Thanks for reading all of this, I look forward to hearing from
everyone!
