[CamRI] Vision Statement

Good Evening,

     So that everyone is aware, it seems we will be holding elections for
every current RI Cam position in the very near future, possibly with the
exception of DST. Since I intend to run for some ST position somewhere along
the line, I just thought I'd let everyone in on my visions before hand so
that if everyone hates my ideas, they find someone else to run :).
     These are just my musings, which explains why they are so long, because
I talk too much. I would hope to have a nice pow-wow with any players I may
represent before anything big gets underway, so please don't see these as
"Jon's Rules", more as Jon's suggestions.
