Notes / Edits
Tara Pelletier left the RI Domain on 10/16/2006 and transferred to NH-002
Diana Perry transferred to the RI-002 Domain on 9/14/06
I have verbally spoken with two members, Seth Dwyer-Frazier and Melissa
McDowell, who say they extended their membership but the CRD did not update
appropriately. I have asked them to forward proof of that transaction to me
for reference.
Comments
I would ask every RI domain member to check your status in the CRD to
confirm its validity. Many of the expired members above just expired since
last game and a few more are due to expire in short order. If you cannot
access the CRD, contact me by phone or email and I will assist you.
I wish to apologize to my Domain and others affected by the errors on my
recent reports. As I mentioned in my election speech and in those reports,
my attention to detail is not my strongest suit and I continue to invite
everyone to help me by double-checking the report against your own records
each month.
While we do our best, every officer makes mistakes and may not notice
things amidst the sea of emails and reports we deal with. These inaccuracies
would have gone unnoticed had it not been for the close RST race that was
recently conducted. The CRD is a very helpful tool, but it requires your
help as well. Please make sure that your characters are accurate in the CRD
as is your own information. Simply because emails are sent does not mean the
changes make it up to the volunteers who support the CRD. Vigilance from the
staff of the Cam AND its members will help keep this exciting and
multi-faceted tool at its peak.
Again, I thank Wes for bringing these issues to my attention. I have
already asked John Tyler to serve as my ADC reports, refilling a vital role,
and he has accepted. John is exceptionally attentive and has corrected me in
the past. I look forward to his help, and all of yours, as we move forward
to improve our club, its tools, and the games we play. Please feel free to
contact me with any questions or concerns. Thank you.

Have A Great Day,
Jonathan McDowell
