[CamRI] Status of the Changeling Venue

To clarify this was done from the Regional level. Alan has received the
reasons for his dismissal and I have a copy for record. I am sure Jon
will look into the feasibility of releasing that information, but for
now it is Alan's prerogative.

It could be considered against the code of conduct
depending on what the reasoning was.  In any case, as
per the handbook VSTs can only be removed by a
referandum (called by a DST) or by the RST (NST, MST,
or club director).  As there has been no referendum we
can thus infer it was done by the RST (NST, MST, or
CD).  In other words, you're might be asking the wrong
person.
