[CamRI] Status of the Changeling Venue

It could be considered against the code of conduct
depending on what the reasoning was.  In any case, as
per the handbook VSTs can only be removed by a
referandum (called by a DST) or by the RST (NST, MST,
or club director).  As there has been no referendum we
can thus infer it was done by the RST (NST, MST, or
CD).  In other words, you're might be asking the wrong
person.
