[CamRI] Georg and the Concert

For those characters who left early on Friday night to attend the concert, 
though Georg did say he would attend, he did not end up arriving.  His 
vehicle was initially seen following the other vehicles to the venue, but 
turned away en route.  Any attempts to contact Georg after that point via 
phone reach voice mail only.  That is all.  Thank you
