The 1st draft of this document was created by a group of players in
reaction to the GSA Covenants attempts at creating structure for the
Ordo Dracul. After ICC these players took the document to the OOC Ordo
list and then to the Ordo Development list. Since the last week of
October any Ordo Player who had any interest in the Covenant structure
has been able to express their opinion and has been able to make
revisions to the document. Aside from rules clarifications the ST
staff has left it up to the players.

The Ordo Structure Document is now finished. You guys have done a
great job. It is now time to put it all to vote- if the majority votes
are for the document, it will be put in place ICly with ST support.
This will not be put in as the way things have always been, if
approved it will be something that comes about as happening now within
the Ordo Dracul. If it is not approved, we will let you guys continue
to work on it and look at voting again in 3+ months.

It is the hope of the MST staff that all the covenants have structure
to reinforce the difference between TT and MET. Kudos to the Ordo
Dracul players for being the first covenant ready to move to the
voting stage.
