Good Evening,
While some of you may already have seen this, I think it bears
repeating. Please note the following three opportunities for industrious
folks to garner BIG prestige, as in National. There isn't anyone in this
domain who can't use National, hence the list spamming. Enjoy!

Our third global survey is complete! This one deals with Plots and Rules on
the Storytelling side. Please pass this on to your local lists; we very much
want to hear from all the members in all the affiliates and GIR!
The survey will run for about one week, until 11:59 PM 9/2/2006 PST.
It will be worth 5 National Prestige, which will be posted in the same place
as the others shortly after it is completed.

Hello All -
In April and May, I had a group of volunteers (whom I still owe prestige
awards - I will try to get those done tonight) help me with a database
project to gather college and university gaming club information for a fall
recruitment push.
We didn't find as many target clubs as we hoped, so I want to expand the
pool now and ask for help from the all the members of the current affiliate
memberships. This will be worth prestige and is on a first come, first
awarded basis for all submissions from now through next weekend, September
10,2006 at Midnight EST, US time.
What I am looking for is this (as complete as you can make it, - but I'll
take what I can get):
In the subject line put: College Group Information - <College/University
Here>
In the body of email, - one email per group please - put:
College/University Name:
State/Region/Country:
Group Type: Gaming/Anime/Sci-Fi (ie, group that might be interested in WoD
style stuff)
Group Website or URL?:
Contact Name: (can be student or a faculty sponsor)
Contact Email:
Mailing Address for Group or Contact (so we can send intro materials):
Prestige awards will be 3 National per accepted submission with a max of 15
that will be awarded per member, under Special Projects in the month of
Sept. When two or more members send me the same group listing, the 3N award
will go to the first member who gets the submission in, with 1 N going to
the members who researched and submitted the same club, but were not first.
For duplicate listings, a max of 8 National will be awarded to members who
submit, still subject to the 15 N cap.
So it is worth it to try, for at least 8 N of special projects (research)
prestige. If you are a recent college alum, and you had a local group you
played with - drop me an email with the info above about them. It's that
easy.
Send all your emails to: clubdirector (at) white-wolf (dot) com.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
My name is Sean Posey and I am coming to you to ask for your help.
Soon ICC will be upon us and we need volunteers to help run ICC and
make it spectacular as always. Lots of people go into working the
convention, but the volunteering I am most interested in deals with
storytelling.
The storytelling staff at a convention spends months ahead of time
(did I say months? I mean MONTHS) planning, writing, revising and
working on all of the nifty plots and game twists that we participate
in. Without them, many of you would be forced into situations where
you would have to roleplay with me. And no one really wants that.
(Except me of course, but what I want is irrelevant.)
That having been said, once those plots are ready to roll and once all
the PCs are ready with their machinations and their plans and their
schemings, there is left a void within the realm of storytelling.
That is to say, to carry out the nefarious plots and attackings that
go on in a venue game.
To this end, I seek minions for my masters. I am merely the White
Team lead, charged with accumulating those with both the skills and
the desire to assist the ST staff by running challenges and helping
players with their destructive ways. I want you to come and help me
with this. We have tests to run, feeding scenes, discipline uses to
adjudicate and all kinds of craziness to enact.
I WANT YOU!
I don't care which games you know, come help. I need narrators for
all of the games and am willing to put you to work and pay you in that
most wonderful of currency: PRESTIGE! Not only prestige, but my
undying gratitude! (Well, its possible it'll die, but only when I do)
As well, don't be afraid to volunteer just because you don't know the
system very well. We will get you help. There will be someone on the
other end of the phone (or radio or what have you) who will help you
with the right answer. And you will know the game much better for
having done so. You will not be denied playing in any venue you want
to play in because you volunteered to Narrate. I am working very hard
to ensure that everyone gets ample time to cry havoc and let slip the
dogs of roleplay without having to worry too much about how long
they've got to work any given night.
So. What I want from you. Drop me a line at ogreposey at gmail dot
com and I will get you hooked into the system and working on ready to
go. The deadline for volunteering is September 15th so I need, no I
mean NEED you to get in touch with me before then. I need to have as
many of you guys lined up as possible. Don't assume someone else will
do the work and wait until the last minute. I'm counting on you guys
to help me out here. I'm going to be working with some people over on
the Coordinator side to see what kind of cool stuff we can do for you
in addition to Prestige and maybe I can get Tom Jones to come and sing
at our after party.
Okay, well, a guy can dream can't he?
