Want to be involved in the Camarilla's very first online convention? 
VirtuaCon needs you!

VirtuaCon is a major Camarilla convention sponsoring global storylines
and hard RP for all venues, as well as a variety of OOC activities to
mirror any other regional+ convention. The only difference is, it is
hosted online and you don't have to pay anything to attend.

After 2 weeks of very good brainstorming with the ThinkTank members, we
are now hiring project leads. Some of these leads will involve
recruiting, hiring, and overseeing a group of volunteers. Others (like
web admin) are solitary projects, but absolutely vital to the
organization of the convention. 

Below is a list of vacant project lead positions, as well as a brief
outline of what is involved in them and any specifications regarding
applying for the position. 

To apply, send a statement of why you are interested, an outline of
relevant experience, and 5 references to dawn_lloyd at juno.com by April 17.

**Game Organization** [note: This is an administrative position to
assist with the game. Game organization volunteers will work closely
with the ST's, but these positions do not involve any actual ST'ing.]
-Designing room layout descriptions/map
-Hiring/organizing narrators
-Scheduling 
-Awarding XP
-Hiring/supervising room layout narrators (room layout narrators will
monitor IC traffic and activities of a room/channel and keep players
informed of the IC layout of a room so that the ST's can focus on ST
related questions.)

**IC Check-in** [must have passed ST ordeal]
-Verifying char sheets/approvals from the database and player's ST's
-Posting char sheets to a ST-only wiki page
-Assuring that all IC descriptions/pics and making sure they are posted
to the web site

**Coordinator** [most have passed coordinator ordeal]
-Organizing OOC panels
-Designing and writing descriptions for OOC activity/theme channels 
-Obtaining prizes and incentives for competitions
-Scheduling OOC activities
-Overseeing coordinators
-Assuring that the Code of Conduct is upheld

**Prestige** [must have passed Coordinator ordeal]
-Tracking volunteers and awarding/publishing prestige

**Charity** 
-Collecting Donations
-Establishing means for auctioning
-Follow-up if any problems occur

**PR/Recruitment (of new members)** 
-Developing recruitment flyers
-Working with local Camarilla domains/chapters to distribute flyers at
local game stores
-Developing "intro to the Cam" and "intro to the game" documents with
Camarilla officers
-Organizing a team to follow up with new recruits and help them integrate
into Cam after the convention

**Web** [send URL's of sites you've designed when applying]
-Design normal website (dates, schedules, contact info, etc.)
-Wiki site (where players can post OOC info, IC descriptions, ST's can
modify room descriptions, etc.)
-Photo site (on photobucket or something similar) for IC pics
